When relaunching their website on Shopify Plus, IGK Hair wanted to amplify the shopping experience by creating an engaging way for their customers to interact with products on their site. PIVOT created a custom “What’s Your Frizz Type?” quiz, which asks customers questions to determine their hair type, and provides them with product recommendations. This personalized online shopping experience not only created a new level of trust between IGK Hair and customers, but also led to an increase in sales.
